We are looking for young Law graduates with a good academic record. Particular value is placed on postgraduate training, organisational ability, problem-identification analysis and the planning of solutions.
Fluent English is required, although any other languages will be considered an advantage.
Throughout the year, the firm continuously studies and analyses the CVs and academic records that are received, launching a selection process every six months, in September and March.
The pre-selection of candidates is carried out according to the requirements of each of our departments, to evaluate the different proposals received.
The selection process consists of a series of personal interviews with professionals from the department in question. Successful candidates join the firm in October and April, when they join us initially as trainee lawyers. This arrangement lasts for six months, after which, according to the needs of the department and the skills of the new partner, a final decision will be taken about him or her joining the firm.
