Trustees -. Goberment, representation and management of the Foundation is entrusted to a Board whose members shall hold office for free and Patron agrees to accountability to the Protectorate.

Initially, the Board shall consist of: President: Don Ricardo De Lorenzo y Montero, Secretary: Doña María Ofelia De Lorenzo Aparici, Treasurer: Don Ricardo Antonio De Lorenzo Aparicio, Vocals: Don Juan Sánchez Abarca Cidón and Íñigo de Miguel Beriain.

In the memorandum consists acceptance of the charges indicated by the above-mentioned persons.
